1) Service scope

StudyBridge provides guidance and support for study-abroad applications. Final admissions and visa decisions are made by universities, embassies and authorities; StudyBridge cannot guarantee outcomes.

2) Student responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate documents and information, meeting deadlines, and complying with university/embassy requirements.

3) Fees and refunds

Any paid services, if applicable, are explained in writing before payment. Refund eligibility depends on the specific package and stage of work; contact us to request a written refund assessment.

4) Communication

We may contact you via email, phone or WhatsApp to deliver services and support. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time.

5) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StudyBridge is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from admissions or visa outcomes.

6) Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above reflects the latest version.
